The standard butternut. Light tan-coloured winter squash with small seed cavities and thick cylindrical necks without crooks. Uniform fruits average 9” long and average 4 - 5 lbs. The flesh is smooth textured and has a unique sweet flavour, particularly after 2 months storage. Average yield of 4 - 5 fruits per plant.
